Auction Rules:

To place a bid on the Vernon Vipers “3RD” jersey, write your name, phone number, email and the amount you wish to bid on the corresponding sheet at each home game or email: marketing@vipers.bc.ca.
The opening bid on each item must be at least the minimum price listed.  Each subsequent raise must follow the increment listed.  Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided.  If a name is crossed out, that bid will be considered null.

-There is no “upper limit” for your bids.  If the bid sheet is full, please turn itover and continue on the back or request an additional sheet.

-Once the auction is declared closed, the last bid entered on the bid sheet that adheres to the designated increment shall be constituted the winning bid and will be so marked.

-In the event that two or more bidders are bidding consecutively on one item, a “Bid Off” may be called.  To participate in a “Bid Off”, you must have bid at least once on the item.  You will not be able to walk up and immediately participate in a “Bid Off”.

-Auction item purchases are final.  No returns or exchanges will be issued.
-We accept cash, credit card, debit or cheque as a method of payment

MINIMUM BID $150.00
MINIMUM INCREMENT  $10.00

AUCTION OPENS IN JANUARY 2019

Jerseys will be “Shirts Off Their Backs” post game on one of the final regular season games.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL BEFORE THAT DATE.

Rules of the “Bid Off”:
Each person participating will record their maximum bid on a paper and submit it to the Vernon Vipers.  The person with the higher maximum bid will be declared the winner.  In the event that multiple people have recorded the same maximum bid, the process will continue until one person outbids the other.
