After the Buzzer – Vipers Fall in Game 4

Vernon, BC:  Walker Erickson tallied a 3-point night and Anson McMaster pitched in with a pair of assists, but the Vipers would ultimately fall in Game 4 by a 7-3 score.

Erickson finished with a goal and two assists.  His goal coming late in the second period to make it 4-3.

Anson McMaster was a force with a number of big hits, but his ability to get the shot through was impressive to help net those two assists.

For the fourth straight time the Vipers faced a multi-goal deficit.  The Silverbacks led 3-0 after 1 period.  The Vipers chipped in with a powerplay goal from Facchinelli then Isaac Trembly cut it to 3-2.  Raoul Boilard made it 4-2 a minute later before Erickson scored his goal.

In the 3rd, the Backs got a goal from CJ Foley, then rattled off two quick powerplay goals to put it out of reach.

The Vipers now face elimination and will look to extend the series Friday night in Salmon Arm.
