After the Buzzer – Vipers Fall Late in Regulation

Prince George, BC:  Griffen Barr and Connor Elliott had goals, but the Spruce Kings tallied a late powerplay marker to win 3-2 on Friday night.

Barr scored his first goal of the season late in the second period.  With the tally he now has 15 points.

Connor Elliott tied the game up for Vernon early in the third period with his fourth goal of the season.

Roan Clarke made 17 saves on 20 shots.

Special Teams hurt the Vipers tonight going 0 for 3 on the powerplay and surrendering 2 powerplay goals against.

Ty Gagno had a pair of goals, both on the powerplay, including the game winner late in the third.

Ben LeFranc had two assists.

Aidan Feddema made 19 saves on 21 shots in the victory.

These two teams will play again Saturday night at 7pm.
