The BC Spring Hockey League is an independent spring hockey program organized by BCHL teams to give top players in their region the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of coaches and scouts from various levels of hockey. This program runs from April-June. Being involved with the BCSHL, you will get the full Junior hockey experience. We look forward to a great year in 2026!
Tryouts will be free of charge. We've secured ice at Kal Tire Place North and Priest Valley Arena For January 31 and Feb 1st 2026. Schedule will run as follows:

When: 1:15-2:45pm
Feb. 1, 2026
Event: U15 & JR. Division BCSHL Tryouts
Where: Priest Valley Arena
When: U15 9:15-10:45am | Jr. Div. 10:30am-12:00pm

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE SPRING LEAGUE
Divisions: U15 & JR Divisions
A player on the Vernon Vipers BCSHL team will receive:
* 22 hours on ice
* 22 hours of dryland
* Team jersey, workout shorts and shirt
* 12 full length games – 3 regular showcases and 1 playoff showcase (TBA)
* League website will provide player stats, standings and profiles
* Additional sports related seminars for players and parents
* COST OF THE PROGRAM will be $2500 plus GST.
The spring program will run mid April to the end of June. All player selections are made by the the Vernon Vipers coaching staff.
