Vernon, B.C.: The Vernon Vipers are pleased to announce the commitment of Will Blackburn (03) from Kimball Union Academy for the 2022-23 season.
"Will is a big powerful centre that works extremely hard," says Head Coach and GM of the Vipers Jason McKee. "Will can play in all situations and we expect him to come in and make an immediate impact next year."
The Montreal, Quebec product is at Kimball Union Academy where he registered 10 points in 6 games last season. He spent the first part of this season playing AAA for the GBL Bruins racking up 29 points in 20 games as an assistant captain.
"I am honoured and very excited to a part of a great organization like the Vernon Vipers," says Blackburn. "I can't wait to get started!"
