The Vernon Vipers would like to welcome committed players born between 2003 and 2006 to our four day Junior Prep Camp beginning this Fall (August 30th to September 2nd). Maximum of 24 skaters and four goalies to take part in this camp.
The camp will focus on advanced high speed game skills, game play along with conditioning and training. There will also be an hour per day dedicated on mental skills.
The four day camp will be run by current Viper coaches and will feature the following:
- 12 hours of on-ice training - (2) one-and-a-half hour sessions per day.
- Session 1 - 12:30 - 2:00pm - High speed game skills
- Session 2 - 2:30 - 4:00pm - Game play and game conditioning
- Four hours of classroom time - one hour specifically dedicated to mental skills
- Maximum of 24 skaters & 4 goalies
