Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers are riding momentum after an emotional road win and now return home looking to turn a good weekend into a great one as they host the Salmon Arm Silverbacks at Kal Tire Place.
With points at a premium and confidence building, the Vipers aim to carry last night’s energy into another key Interior Division matchup.

The Vipers got back in the win column in improbable fashion Saturday night, knocking off the league-leading West Kelowna Warriors 6-4 at Royal LePage Place.
Deagan McMillan sparked the comeback with two goals and an assist. Evan Sundar recorded three assists, while Connor Dick added two helpers. Sebastian Bradshaw, Garin Ludwig, Brayden Pankey and Christian Maro also found the back of the net.
Lane Maarhuis was outstanding, stopping 33 of 37 shots — including 17 in the third period to preserve the win.

The Silverbacks dropped a 5-2 decision to the Okotoks Oilers Friday night at Rogers Rink.
