Preseason Game Day – Vipers Renew Rivalry With West K

Vernon, BC:  The Vernon Vipers look to remain perfect this preseason when they take on the West Kelowna Warriors for the first of a home and home set to wrap up the exhibition season.

Last Game:  The Vipers shut out the Salmon Arm Silverbacks on Saturday by a 3-0 score.  Julian Facchinelli, Liam Payne and Erik Pastro each had a goal while Ethan David was perfect with 31 saves.

Tonight:  It’ll be a big challenge for the Snakes tonight when they take on the West Kelowna Warriors.  Rosters are always changing and as the preseason winds to a close, you can expect close to what a regular roster would look like.

Last Game:  The Warriors took both games last weekend in Merritt with the finale ending 5-2 on Saturday night.  Cal Hughes sniped 2 goals just 17 seconds apart to get the Tribe off on the right foot.  Simon Hogue also had a pair of goals.  Mattew DellaRusso made 26 saves for the win.
