Victoria, BC: The Vernon Vipers look to get back into the win column as their long road trip takes them to the provincial capital to take on the Victoria Grizzlies.
The Vipers (10-7-0) are coming off a tough loss in Nanaimo last Sunday at the tail end of a 3 game in 2.5 day stretch. The Vipers won two out of three to start the road trip last weekend with wins in Powell River and Alberni Valley. The Vipers have and will be road warriors for the foreseeable future, but have a solid 6 and 4 record away from the friendly confines.
The Grizzlies (7-13-0) have lost their last two and are 4-6 in their last 10. Its been a struggle for the Grizz at home with just two wins at the Q Centre. Henri Schreifels leads the Grizzlies offensively with 8 goals and 10 assists. 18 year old Cody Monds is right behind him with 6 goals and 10 assists.
Victoria won the first meeting between these teams back in September.
