Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers are pleased to announce the addition of Guido Lamberti-Charles as the organization’s European Scout.
Lamberti-Charles brings more than 25 years of international hockey experience across North America and Europe as a professional coach and player development specialist. He currently serves as Head Coach of the Simon Fraser University men’s hockey team while also leading Euro Elite Hockey Development.
Throughout his career, Lamberti-Charles has coached at every level of the game, ranging from youth hockey to the BCHL, while also holding positions with Iowa State University, USA Hockey’s Central District program, and multiple professional leagues throughout Europe.
His player development résumé includes contributing to the growth of more than 10 NHL Draft picks, with four players currently competing in the NHL. Lamberti-Charles is recognized for his modern, structured, and results-driven development philosophy, backed by top international coaching certifications.
