Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers have acquired 2005-born forward Andrew Petruk from the Langley Rivermen in exchange for a Player Development Fee.
The Surrey product has appeared in 161 junior hockey games, spending time in both the BCHL (Victoria, Langley) and the WHL (Everett, Kelowna).
“As we continue to learn our group and our needs, we identified Andrew as an asset,” says GM and Head Coach Matt Cooke. “Andrew brings a wealth of WHL experience and plays a style of game we feel we are missing in our bottom six.”
