Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers will look to earn three out of four points this weekend as they play host to the West Kelowna Warriors.
The Vipers (6-10-3-3) are coming in after a great effort in Trail last night despite falling in a shootout. Matt Culling had a pair of goals while Luke Pakulak pitched in with a pair of helpers. Roan Clarke stopped 30 of 32 in the SOL.
The Warriors (14-8-0-0) ended a four game slide last night with a 6-3 win over Merritt. Felix Trudeau had a pair of goals and the Warriors put up a season high 51 shots in the effort.
It’s the second time in 10 days these two teams will play in Vernon. Last Wednesday the Vipers won 5-1.
This is the third meeting of the season with each team owning a win on home ice.
You can catch the game starting at 5:45 on BCHL.TV and 107.5 Beach Radio.
