Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers are pleased to announce the signing of 2007-born defenceman Taylor Curtis for the 2025-26 BCHL season.
Curtis, a 6’6” defender from Langley, BC, joins the Vipers after spending last season with the Langley Hockey Academy U18 program. He also appeared in three games with the Langley Rivermen earlier this season.
“Taylor has a huge upside to his game,” says Vipers Head Coach and GM Matt Cooke. “His ability to move the puck and use his size to his advantage will serve him well. We’re excited to work with him as he develops in junior hockey.”
For Curtis, joining the Vipers is an exciting next step in his hockey journey. “I am very excited to be a part of this organization,” he says. “The coaches invest in development and long-term success. I’m looking forward to a great season in a great community.”
Please join us in welcoming Taylor and his family to the Vipers organization.
The Vipers return to action tonight at Kal Tire Place, hosting the Sherwood Park Crusaders. Puck drop is 6:00 PM.
