Percic To Join Snakes

Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers are pleased to announce that 2004 born defenceman Maks Percic has committed to the Vernon Vipers for the upcoming season.

"Maks is a very strong, mobile defender that we expect to make an immediate contribution in a lot of areas to our hockey team next season," says Head Coach and GM of the Vipers Jason McKee.

Percic, from Maribor, Slovenia had 3 points in 5 games with the Slovenia World Junior U18 Program. He had 3 goals and 9 assists with Kiekko-Espoo U20 Program last season.

"I'm really happy to join the Vernon Vipers," says Percic. "I can't wait to start the season."

Percic is 6'2, 207 pounds and shoots right. He is committed to Michigan Tech.
