Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers are pleased to announce the signing of defenceman Filip Krajcik.
“Filip is a steady, veteran, and experienced defender that will help our team down the stretch and into the playoffs,” says Head Coach and GM of the Vipers Jason McKee. “We look forward to his contributions to our team.”
Krajcik, from Vsetin, CZE, has represented Czechia on a number of different levels at International tournaments. He was a part of the Hlinka Gretzky Cup in 2022. With the U20 HC Energie Karlovy Vary program, he has 3 goals and 9 assists in 18 games.
“I’m looking forward to playing for the Vipers and I’m very happy to have this opportunity,” says Krajcik. “I’ve always wanted to play in Canada and can’t wait to get started.”
Krajcik is 6’0, 185 pounds and shoots left.
