Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers look to push their modest win streak to 3 tonight when they head to Merritt to take on the Centennials for the 2nd time in 5 days.
The Vipers (5-6-0) come into the matchup after a nice weekend that saw them win 5-2 and 4-1. Matt Kowalski led the way with 3 goals and an assist over the weekend and newly acquired goaltender Reilly Herbst stopped 30 of 31 to get both victories.
The Centennnials (2-9-0) have dropped 4 consecutive games but are coming off a tight 4-3 loss against Nanaimo.
