Vipers looking for home ice advantage in Games 3 & 4 this weekend

Interior Division Semi-Final: Game 3 West Kelowna (1-1) @ Vernon (1-1) 7pm

Tonight is Game 3 of the Interior Division semi-final best of seven series between the Vipers & Warriors as both teams will be meeting for a tenth time this season (Regular season & playoffs). The Vipers won the regular season series 4-2-1 with the best of seven playoff series even 1-1.

The Vernon Vipers snapped a three game losing skid after a 4-1 victory in Game two Wednesday to even the best of seven series at one each. Jared Wilson will return to the Viper lineup tonight after serving a two game suspension wich occured in the Vipers final regular season game of the year in Merritt. Tonight is the tenth meeting of the season (Regular season & Playoffs) between these two teams where Vernon has a record of 5-3-1 vs West Kelowna. Vernon will be going for a fourth straight win on home ice.

West Kelowna's last regular season victory at Kal Tire Place was a 5-3 win on Saturday, February 9th 2013 The Warriors five game winning streak come to an end Wednesday after a 4-1 loss at home to the Vipers in Game 2 of the Interior Division Semi-Finals. The Warriors four game home winning streak was also snapped at the hands of Vernon.

Adam Plant (2-3-5) & Seb Lloyd (2-1-3) are tied for the Warriors in playoff goals with two each while Lloyd leads the Warriors in playoff points with five.
