Vipers Game Day! – Vipers Return Home To Battle Backs

Vernon, BC:  The Vernon Vipers look to bounce back after a tough weekend as they host the Salmon Arm Silverbacks for the 4th time.

The Vipers (4-5-3-2) come in following a disappointing result and effort in West Kelowna on Saturday night.  Reagan Milburn had the lone goal in a 5-1 loss.  The Vipers finished with week with 3 of a possible 6 points with 1 win, 1 loss and 1 shootout loss.  The Vipers have just 2 wins in their last 10 games, but have points in 7 of those 10.  The Vipers are 3-1-1 in games where they’re the home team and have nearly played double the number of road games as opposed to home.

The Silverbacks (9-2-1-0) come in having lost their last two games.  They dropped two at home against Cranbrook by a 4-0 and 2-1 score.  The Backs have been very good away from the Shaw Centre with a 3-0-1 record.  Salmon Arm is 7-2-1 in their last 10 games.

The Vipers are 1-1-1 against the Backs this season.
