Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers look to bounce back after a tough weekend as they host the Salmon Arm Silverbacks for the 4th time.
The Vipers (4-5-3-2) come in following a disappointing result and effort in West Kelowna on Saturday night. Reagan Milburn had the lone goal in a 5-1 loss. The Vipers finished with week with 3 of a possible 6 points with 1 win, 1 loss and 1 shootout loss. The Vipers have just 2 wins in their last 10 games, but have points in 7 of those 10. The Vipers are 3-1-1 in games where they’re the home team and have nearly played double the number of road games as opposed to home.
The Silverbacks (9-2-1-0) come in having lost their last two games. They dropped two at home against Cranbrook by a 4-0 and 2-1 score. The Backs have been very good away from the Shaw Centre with a 3-0-1 record. Salmon Arm is 7-2-1 in their last 10 games.
The Vipers are 1-1-1 against the Backs this season.
