Palmer Commits To Vernon

Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers are pleased to announce the commitment of 2004 born defenceman Jordin Palmer from Avon Old Farms School.

"Jordin is a very smooth skating, reliable defenceman that plays with poise," says Head Coach and GM of the Vipers Jason McKee. "He makes good decisions with the puck all over the ice. We look forward to starting the process of working with Jordin next season."

Palmer, from Auburn, New Hampshire, is in his 3rd season with Avon Old Farms School. This season he has been named captain of the team. Last season he had 5 goals and 13 assists.

"I'm honoured and extremely excited about the opportunity to play in Vernon next year," says Palmer. "I look forward to continuing my development and achieving my goals on and off the ice."

Palmer is 6'1, 190 pounds.

Please join us in welcoming Jordin and his family to the Vipers organization.
