Last Game: The Vipers were victorious in their most recent game at home before the Christmas break.  Dylan Compton scored the teddy bear toss goal, while Seiya Tanaka-Campbell and Julian Facchinelli also pitched in with goals.  For Fachinelli it was his 3rd game winning goal of the season.  Roan Clarke made 27 saves for the win.  The win ended a modest two game slide for the Vipers.

Tonight’s Game:  This is the third game of a four game homestand and the final game of 2022.  The Vipers have had a nice stretch of late with a 5-3-0-2 record.  Ayden Third will play in his 100th career regular season game making his total.  Reagan Milburn will suit up for game 103 tonight.

Powerplay: 20 for 108 – 18.5% (14th in BCHL)

Penalty Kill: 109 of 135 – 80.7% (6th in BCHL)

Last Game: The Centennials dropped a 4-1 decision in Cranbrook in the last game before the break.  Coleman Jenkins had the lone goal that night, while Conor Sullivan made 30 saves in the loss.

Today’s Game:  The Centennials come in on a 3-game slide.  This game features the two most penalized teams in the BCHL.  Jackson Krill has 1 goal and 2 assists in two games against Vernon.  Johnny Hicks has sparkled in head to head meetings with a GAA under 2 and a .942 save percentage.

Tonight’s game will be broadcast on 107.5 Beach Radio and Hockey TV, starting with the pre-game show at 5:45 pm.
