Vernon, BC: The Vipers will look to even up their weekend when they travel to West Kelowna for the final time in the Okanagan Cup Round Robin.
The Vipers (2-4-1) came up a goal short last night in a 4-3 shootout loss. The Vipers had goals from Will Arquiett, Hunter Donohoe and Nick Remissong. Defensively, the team was sharp surrendering just 20 shots against.
The Warriors (4-4-1) were able to bump a short two game losing streak with the win last night. Nick Ardanaz, Felix Trudeau and Matthew Stienburg had goals in regulation for the Tribe. Kelowna Rockets goaltender Roman Basran made 25 saves as the emergency starter.
In the shootout Will Arquiett had the only goal, while Stienburg and Bar-lev Wise gave the Warriors the win in the shootout.
