Vipers Game Day! – Vipers Return Home For Tilt With Silverbacks

Vernon, BC:  It’s a quick turnaround for the Vernon Vipers who look forward to some home cooking when they host the Salmon Arm Silverbacks for the final time this season at Kal Tire Place to kick off a two game homestand.

Last Game:  Isaac Tremblay scored two goals, his 18th and 19th of the season bookended around 4 Penticton goals as the Vipers fell 4-2 last night at the SOEC.  Colin Reay had 34 saves on 38 shots.  The Vipers were 0 for 1 on the powerplay and their PK killed off 2 of 3.

Last Game:  The Silverbacks pushed for a 3rd period comeback, but ultimately fell short in West Kelowna by a 5-4 final.  Tristan Allen, Marcus Broberg, Cole Cooksey and Riley Ashe had multi point nights.  Eli Pulver had 28 saves.  The Backs powerplay went 2 for 3, while their PK killed off the 1 West K powerplay.
