Vernon, BC: The Vernon Vipers roll the clock back for Retro Night as they host the Penticton Vees.
The Vipers (4-8-3-2) come in to the game after a 3-1 loss to the Prince George Spruce Kings last night. Luke Buss increased his team lead in points with his 7th goal of the season. Ethan David was strong in goal with 24 saves on 27 shots. Buss, Shostak and Culling all have multi point streaks in the last three games.
The Vees (13-2-0-0) have won their last 5 games. Last night they blanked the Merritt Centennials 8-0. Luc Wilson leads the way offensively for Penticton with 24 points. The Vees are perfect at home, but sport a 4-2 record away from the SOEC.
This is the second of five head to head meetings and the first since opening night when the Vees double the Vipers 4-2.
