Vipers Game Day – Vipers Kick Off March, Welcome Spruce Kings

Vernon, BC:  The Vipers return home for the first time in March as they welcome a familiar foe, the Prince George Spruce Kings for the first game of a two game home stand.

Leading Scorer:  Owen Kim (12G, 27A)

Last Game:  Adam Csabi and George Stavrianeas had goals, in a 4-2 loss in PG on Saturday night.  Ethan David had 29 saves on 33 shots.  The Vipers killed off 2 of 3 Prince George powerplays, but didn’t get an opportunity on the man advantage themselves.

Leading Scorer:  Kilian McGregor-Bennett (16G, 15A)

Last Game:  The Spruce Kings ended a 6-game winless streak on Saturday night beating Vernon 4-2.  Linden Makow and JR Perdion each scored two goals.  Ryan Sanborn made 21 saves on 23 shots for the victory.  The Spruce Kings powerplay remained red hot going 1 for 3.
