Vipers Game Day – Vipers Look For Back to Back Wins in PG

Prince George, BC:  The Vipers were winners last night as they held off a Prince George rally in the 3rd period to take down the Spruce Kings 5-3.  They look to finish the weekend with a win in the second half of the back to back.

Last Game:  Ewan McPherson scored his first BCHL goal, which held up as the game winner, late in the second period as the Vipers downed the Spruce Kings 5-3.  Luke Bibby and Julian Facchinelli each had a goal and an assist.  The Vipers were shorthanded a few too many times, but ultimately killed off 5 of 7.  Ethan David made a number of good saves, especially in the 3rd period to earn his 19th win of the season.

Last Game:  JR Perdion had a goal and two assists, while Kilian McGregor-Bennett and Alexis Cournoyer had a goal and assist and Charlie Zolin made 38 saves, but their comeback came up just short in a 5-3 defeat.  The story was the PG powerplay which impressed going 2 for 7.
